I have been searching for the perfect berry lip
liner for a while now and I finally found it.
This lip liner is from Rimmel and is the shade
Black Tulip, this is honestly the perfect shade of berry and goes with pretty
much all of my berry lipsticks. Not only is the colour perfect, the longevity of
this is incredible, it really makes any lipstick last a long time and stops
them bleeding too.
